Owner’s equity

Qwner's eqiuity includes:

• Capital - par value of common stock
• Additional paid-in capital - proceeds from common stock sales above par value (share repurchase presented in treasury stock as contra account)
• Retained earning -accumulated income not yet paid out as dividends
• Other comprehensive income - change in carrying amounts of assets and liabilities
